Leadership and Annual Reports

St. Mark's Vestry is the governing body of the Parish.  At the Annual Meeting held each January, the congregation elects the St. Mark's Vestry. There are twelve Vestry members, each serving a three-year term. One Vestry person may be reserved for a Youth Representative. Each year the terms of four members expire, and former members must remain off the Vestry for one year before filling an elected position again. Should a member resign before completing their term, the Vestry may appoint a new member to the unexpired term. The Senior Warden, Junior Warden, the Registrar and Treasurer are elected from the Vestry (Registrar and Treasurer positions are not required to be a Vestry members).

For more information, see the Annual Reports and Parish Organization Plan.
