Hypothermia Outreach Program

Cold nights are killers. One block off of Route 1 near the water treatment plant, Rising Hope Church opens its doors every night to provide homeless men and women with a warm place to sleep, a good meal, and an opportunity to receive the counseling and support they need to get off the street. St. Mark’s is one of several churches that support’s Ventures in Community Hypothermia Outreach Program (VIC HOP).
