What to Expect

Welcome! To help you get acquainted with St. Mark's traditions and worship activities, we've attempted to recap some of the activities you will encounter when you visit us--from the time you enter the church to the end of the service.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE:  You will be welcomed by a member of the church called a GREETER, who is available to orient you to the church facilities, where the Sunday School classes are located, give you a name tag (if you would like one), explain there is a visitor’s card to complete, if you would like to do so. Usher

Then an usher will meet you at the entrance to the Sanctuary and provide you with a service bulletin. You can select any pew you would like. You might notice some folks will sit in certain pews each Sunday.  It is just our habit and anyone is welcomed to sit in any pew that they desire.
